The Dempsey, a new mixed-use community less than a mile from Town Madison in Alabama, is now open, offering a balance of new construction, historic charm and unparalleled entertainment options to its residents.

On more than 13 acres at 375 Lime Quarry Road, The Dempsey is adjacent to Town Madison, a walkable community designed by Andres Duany, a world-renowned new urbanist planner. It is on the Singing River Trail, a 70-mile-long Northern Alabama trail system and next door to the Madison Golf Center.
