“Madison is a great place to live, with a thriving economy, great schools and major cutting-edge employers,” said Litt Glover, President, BCDC. “Jim Borders and his team at Novare Group know how to deliver market-leading communities, and we are excited about the opening of The Dempsey.”
On more than 13 acres at 375 Lime Quarry Road, The Dempsey is adjacent to Town Madison, a walkable community designed by Andres Duany, a world-renowned new urbanist planner. It is on the Singing River Trail, a 70-mile-long Northern Alabama trail system and next door to the Madison Golf Center.
The community features eight live/work units, a first for the Madison market, and 5,000 square feet of retail space. HOTWORX, a world-class infrared fitness studio which offers exercise programs inside patented infrared sauna, is among the first tenants.
The 290 apartment homes are a mix of studios, one and two-bedroom residences. The Dempsey has a resort-style pool with sun shelf and tanning ledge, a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga and spin room, a wired, private co-working lounge with private rooms and conference room, as well as a clubroom with a fireplace and a demonstration kitchen.
Every home has Whirlpool stainless steel appliances and Whirlpool washers and dryers. There are granite countertops, designer tile backsplashes in kitchens and custom designer cabinetry in every unit.
Award-winning multifamily company RAM Partners is managing The Dempsey.
