BCDC and joint venture partner Madison Capital Group proudly announces the groundbreaking of Go Store It Self Storage Charlottesville, located at 664 Rio Road.
The state-of-the-art facility, featuring 704 climate-controlled, secure self-storage units, is strategically positioned in Central Virginia in high-barriers-to-entry Albemarle County.
Charlottesville is home to the nearly 24,000-student University of Virginia. Proximity to major retail hubs, shopping centers, and residential complexes enhances the project’s accessibility and convenience. It is near the intersection of Rio Road West and Seminole Trail.
