Fickling & Company, Novare Group & BCDC Celebrate Grand Opening of Langley Pointe, a Luxury Multifamily Community in West Columbia, S.C.

Joint-venture development partners Fickling & Company, Novare Group and BCDC have delivered Langley Pointe, a 312-residence luxury garden apartment community located on Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia, S.C.
