Norman Richie works primarily with national and regional retailers and homebuilders in the Atlanta market; reputable local developers focused on quality, responsible development; and investors focused on purchasing assets at distressed values.
He has brokered more than $525 million in real estate assets during his first thirteen years in the business, and has been recognized by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 as a Top Ten Land Producer, including ranking as the No. 1 Land Broker in Atlanta for 2012, 2013 and 2014. He also received the prestigious Alvin B. Cates award for the Most Outstanding Real Estate Transaction in 2009.
Norman has been with Batson-Cook Realty, a subsidiary of BCDC since 2007. He is a native of Atlanta and a graduate of Boston University.
