09 Sep Novare Group, BCDC Celebrate Grand Opening of Preserve at Heartwood in Richmond Hill
Novare Group and BCDC officially celebrated the grand opening of Preserve at Heartwood on Sept. 4 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the 302-unit luxury apartment community in Richmond Hill, Ga. The development, located just off Belfast Keller Road within the Heartwood at Richmond Hill master-planned community, brings a modern standard of living to one of Georgia’s fastest-growing counties.
Preserve at Heartwood is a vibrant community that offers a blend of small-town charm and big-city convenience, just minutes from downtown Savannah, Ga., and within the thoughtfully designed Heartwood neighborhood. Surrounded by towering pines and connected by a network of walking, running and biking trails, the community provides residents with access to both nature and modern comforts. The neighborhood’s design fosters connection, with vibrant shared spaces, landscaped grounds and amenities that encourage gathering and relaxation.
The one-, two- and three-bedroom residences feature stylish and comfortable interiors with open-concept layouts, upscale finishes and a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Select units include private garages for added storage and convenience. The community’s top-tier amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas, a clubhouse, an outdoor kitchen and fire pit, a fitness center, flexible workspace, a dog park and gated entry.
Preserve at Heartwood is within walking distance of the new Richmond Hill High School, opening fall of 2025, and in close proximity to Richmond Hill Middle School and Frances Meeks Elementary School. The school system is ranked in the top 10% in Georgia based on state testing and is a significant draw for families relocating to the area. Bryan County is the fastest-growing county in Georgia and among the fastest-growing nationwide, driven by population inflow, job growth and proximity to major employers in the Savannah region.
“We are excited to officially open Preserve at Heartwood and celebrate with the community,” said Jim Borders, CEO of Novare Group. “The early response from residents reflects the value and appeal of this new community.”
“Our team is proud to once again partner with Jim Borders and Novare Group, and to be part of the continued momentum in Richmond Hill,” said Litt Glover, President and CEO of BCDC. “Preserve offers thoughtful design, modern amenities, and a setting that reflects the Lowcountry character of the area.”
Preserve at Heartwood is part of Heartwood at Richmond Hill, a 7,000-acre mixed-use community by Raydient, which emphasizes quality of life, stewardship of natural resources, and a sense of place rooted in the character of Georgia’s Lowcountry.
