My Place

St. Joseph, MO

Rimrock Companies, in partnership with BCDC, have broken ground in St. Joseph, Missouri to develop a My Place extended stay hotel. The subject hotel will consist of one, three-story, 30,000 square foot building on 1.5 acres of land. There will be 64 rooms total with unique features like refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves in each room, indicative of extended-stay hotels.

My Place St. Joe is optimally located off Interstate 29 and Hwy 169 with convenient access to multiple manufacturing and distribution hubs, a National Guard Air Base, Missouri Western State University, and the only hospital between Kansas City, MO and Omaha, NE. The local hospital, Mosaic Life Center, is part of the Mayo Clinic network.  Hotel guests will be walking distance from numerous retailers and restaurants, including Walmart, Home Depot, Sam’s Club, Regal Cinemas, Tropical Smoothie, Chipotle, Chick Fil A, and Buffalo Wild Wings.
