BCDC and Novare Group are the co-GPs of this new multi-family project, located at 3216 Sunset Boulevard, in West Columbia, South Carolina.

Lullwater will consist of twenty (20) residential buildings, of which twelve (12) will be garden buildings and eight (8) will be carriage buildings. The garden buildings will be three-story, open stairwell, with cultured stone and hardi-plank siding exteriors. The eight carriage house buildings with units above detached garages, will be two-story with cultured stone and hardi-plank siding exterior.

The subject site is located on the north side of Sunset Boulevard just east of Interstate 20 interchange and west of the Interstate 26 interchange in West Columbia, South Carolina. Sunset Boulevard is a well-developed major Thorofare that runs east to west. The Project is in an area that transitions from commercial uses and medical office space to the east and west to residential neighborhoods to the north. The site has very good visibility from Sunset Boulevard.
