BCDC and Novare Group are underway on Port Wentworth Apartments, a 328-unit, garden-style, surface-parked, multi-family product. The Project spans 328 units across twenty-one (21) residential buildings. There will be thirteen (13) three-story open breezeway buildings with a total of 312 units and eight (8) carriage house buildings with a total of 16 units. The Project includes 494 surface parking spaces and 56 private garages.

The Property’s 328 units are comprised of seven (7) different unit types. The Project’s unit mix is one-bedroom units (78, 24% of total), one-bedroom units + sunroom (66, 20%), one-bedroom units + sunroom + balcony (12, 4%), one-bedroom carriage house units (16, 5%), two-bedroom units (72, 22%), two-bedroom units + sunroom (72, 22%), and three-bedroom units (12, 4%).
