Market at Mirada

BCDC and Dunphy Development have joined in a JV to develop a 67,200 SF grocery anchored retail project at Mirada Boulevard and State Route 52 in San Antonio, Florida.  The project will be anchored by a new 48,000 SF Publix grocery store and necessity-based neighborhood retailers and restaurants.  The site is located at the corner of Mirada Boulevard and the currently under construction re-aligned State Route 52 just outside of the new 1,950-acre master planned community of Mirada featuring over 4,500 homes.  State Route 52 will be a 6 mile stretch of 5-lane roadway representing a new corridor of growth in the Tampa MSA.  The project is expected to open in late 2021.
