Imprint Property Group & BCDC Start Larkspur at Creekside in Texas

Imprint Property Group (IPG) and Batson-Cook Development Company (BCDC) are kicking off a multi-project joint-venture partnership with Larkspur at Creekside, a 55+ active adult community just outside San Antonio, Texas in the city of New Braunfels. 

The project is in New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside, a 400-acre master-planned community. Larkspur at Creekside is next to nearly two acres of green space and the $150MM Resolute Health Hospital and Wellness Center Campus. It will have 152-units and 32 cottages and will be the first and only active adult community in the market when completed in early 2022.

IPG is a premier boutique developer and operator of active adult communities.  Larkspur at Creekside will be their third active adult project in Texas. In line with IPG’s thesis, Creekside will feature luxury unit and common area finishes and have a robust amenity program anchored by 15,000 square feet of community space. There will be curated activities and programs scheduled for residents that emphasize and promote health and wellness.

The property offers direct access to more than one million square feet of high-end retail at the town center. It is adjacent to two new mixed-use developments, including Freheit Village, a recently completed project with retail, restaurant and event space as well as a  hotel and office space; and Solms Landing, an under-construction $500MM mixed-use development which will offer 300,000 square feet of retail, two hotels, single-family housing, 10 acres of park and green space and 875,000 square feet of class A office space.

Amegy Bank and Fast Preferred Equity are providing financing, along with BCDC and Imprint Property Group. HEDK Architects is the architect, and Godfrey Construction Company is the general contractor.
