Virage Bayshore, a joint venture development between BCDC and Ascentia Development Group, is Tampa’s newest high-rise condominium offering a new level of luxury to the market. This project is located along Bayshore Boulevard in the epicenter of South Tampa, one of the most prestigious and affluent residential neighborhoods in Tampa. Virage is 208,892 NSF, 24 stories and includes 71 residences.

Virage offers eight (8) different floorplans ranging from 2,755 SF to 6,711 SF penthouse units, each oriented to capture expansive views of Hillsborough Bay and downtown Tampa.
